It's very hard to see the shiny detail, but the background is glimmer misted and has a wonderful turquoise sheen.
I used a Tim Holtz mask on water colour paper and then sprayed with homemade glimmer mist over top. Then when dried, I stamped over top with the Scrapblock Aged Sheetmusic stamp in brown ink. The image and sentiment were stamped onto coordinating patterned paper (from K and Co.) and matted onto the card front.
