So sweet!

Doesn't this sparkly and scrappy card look yummy?

I simply stamped two ice cream cone images from the Kim Hughes' Little Girl set (Cornish Heritage Farms), coloured them and cut them out. I added some Stickles to make them sparkly. I used some glitter chipboard letters for my sentiment.

Simple and graphic style with Rummage Bin

These cards are a bit of a departure from my normal style, but I loved the way the images from the new Rummag Bin "On the Desk" (Cornish Heritage Farms) set looked in dark ink on plain white paper. I've seen similar style (simple and graphic) cards on Etsy and that's what inspired me to create these cards.

It's hard to tell from my photo (one of these days I'll learn to shoot in manual mode!!) but the card bases are all textured Bazzill. I stamped the images onto white cardstock matted them in black and attached to the card base. Just be careful of inky fingers!! You could easily whip up a set of these cards in minutes.

This set is also great for the scrappers out there. There are definitely several stamps on this set that will be great additions for journalling and dating on layouts.

Welcome Autumn and sharing some news

Wow, time to scold myself for being a bad blogger! I have lots of projects to share but just haven't had the time to update....my apologies.

Fall is just around the corner and there's no more perfect time to pick up the latest Kim Hughes set from Cornish Heritage Farms. It's called Autumn Trees and yes it goes with the Spring and Summer trees set. Keep your eye out for one last set coming out soon (hint, hint!!)

And now in other news.....it's time for me to share why I've been a neglectful blogger for the last several months. My hubby and I are thrilled to be expecting our first child. We're due at the end of October (less than 10 weeks!!). Last weekend we were fortunate to be able to get a 3D ultrasound and see a little sneak peek our our little one:
