A few more cracked glass creations on Unity Friday

Hello Unity Friends!  Today I have a few more cracked glass creations to share with you.  For the first card I stamped onto some Tim Holtz tickets and then added the embossing powder and cracked them.
I added lots of Distress Ink to the tickets beforehand to age them more.

For this second card I stamped onto a large square of patterned paper before doing the cracked glass technique.  It's a bit more difficult to get an even layer of embossing powder on larger surfaces and the cracking can be a bit more random but it still gives a nice effect.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  And don't forget to visit the Unity blog for more great customer creations.

Supplies (Ticket Card):
Stamps: Donna Downey Insightful Meadows set from Unity Stamp Co.
Ink: Adirondack Espresso, Rubber Stampede chocolate brown ink (for distressing), Versamark (for embossing)
Papers: Basic Grey
Accents:  Tim Holtz die cut tickets, MFT Dienamics scalloped edge die, Maya Road decorative pins, Twill ribbon, Clear Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel

Instructions (Ticket Card): Stamp sentiment and floral images in Espresso ink onto die cut tickets, apply 6 layers of UTEE and heat emboss using Versamark ink.  Cool and crack images.  Distress edges of square of beige polkadot paper and mat onto dark brown paper and then card base.  Distress three strips of die cut scallops and adhere to bottom of card.  Add strip of beige twill ribbon and die cut tickets to card base.  Embellish with twill bow and decorative pins.

Supplies (Bird Cage card):
Stamps:  Marah Johnson Bird Cage from Unity Stamp Co., Worn Music Backgrounder stamp from Unity Stamp Co.
Ink: Adirondack Espresso, Ranger Spun Sugar Distress Ink, Versamark (for embossing), Rubber Stampede chocolate brown ink (for distressing)
Papers:  Basic Grey
Accents:  Fiskars scalloped border punch, twill ribbon, Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel, SRM Sticker sentiment

Instructions (Bird Cage card): Stamp music backgrounder in pink ink, and bird cage and flying bird in espresso ink onto pink paper. Distress edges, apply 6 layers of UTEE using heat gun and Versamark ink and crack image when cool.  Distress edges of all papers.  Onto cardstock card base, mat bird cage themed pink paper onto brown/pink paper. Add strip of polka dot paper across center of card and add strip of dark brown twill ribbon.  Add sentiment sticker and dark brown scalloped strip to bottom of image panel and adhere to card base.  Embellish with large brown bow.
