Holiday Joy layout

Hello friends!  I've been totally slacking in the blogging department lately but I do have a ton of projects to share with you that I finished before the holiday.  So be prepared for some cards and other Christmas projects in the next few posts.

This is a Christmas layout I did using the new This is December stamp set from Purple Onion Designs.  Although it looks like I did a ton of layers and paper tearing on this layout it`s actually all pre-printed on the paper (Basic Grey).  I did cut behind one of the layers on the paper and added a doily underneath.

Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Stamps:  This is December set from Purple Onion Designs, Date Me set from Purple Onion Designs, Deluxe labels set from Purple Onion Designs, Instant Film Frame from Purple Onion Designs
Ink:  Memento Tuxedo black, Adirondack green, Adirondack Red Pepper
Papers:  Basic Grey
Accessories: Doily, American Crafts glitter chipboard letters, Maya Road snowflake, Prima pear, K and Company accordion embellishment

You`re an All-Star

Hello friends! I`ve been busy attempting to clean and organize my scrap space and  I came across this cutie (Ellie Loves Sports) lying on my desk.

I paper pieced and coloured the image with my Copic markers and kept my design simple with a large panel for the stamped image and sentiment.

The rest of the YNS design team has been digging through their pile of stamps and are all sharing their creations on the Your Next Stamp blog today.  Pop on over for some inspiration and dig out some of your older stamps!

Stamps:  Ellie love Sports (clear) set from Your Next Stamp
Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black
Papers:  Cosmo Cricket, Neenah cardstock
Accessories:  Copic Markers, large scalloped die, button, Devine Twine

Love is in the Air! Your Next Stamp January Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Your Next Stamp January New Release Blog Hop!  Love is in the air this month with some fabulous new Valentine stamps and dies!  The hop begins on Kerri's Blog, and if you've been hopping along you should have arrived from Peggy's blog. There is a linky list at the bottom of my post if you get lost along the way.

You have until Tuesday, January 7th at midnight (EST) to hop and leave comments for your chance to win some awesome prizes!  As an added bonus, every stop along the hop has a secret prize!   It could be gumdrops, a YNS stamp of choice, a YNS die of choice or a YNS gift certificate!!!! WOW!!!

For my project today I created a card using the new Sealed with a Kiss clear set.  What I like about this stamp is that it's really great for any occasion that you want to blow a kiss :).  I coloured the image with my Copics, matted it onto some Basic Grey Valentine's papers and then used my signature doily and embossed background (I promise I will TRY not to use doilies again so much in 2014 LOL!).

Stamps: Sealed with a Kiss set (clear) from Your Next Stamp
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, brown distress ink
Papers: Basic Grey, American Crafts, Neenah cardstock
Accessories: Copic Markers, wood button, doily, The Twinery Twine, Sizzix embossing folder, Prima pearl accent

As always, Karen is offering an amazing hop special!  You will receive 15% off your entire order including sale items through January 10th!

Now it's time to hop on over to Jenee's blog, but don't forget to leave a comment before you go!

Happy hopping and shopping!
